This website is operated by Finder & Partners Sdn Bhd, a company incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act 2016 and operating its debt recovery activities under the UnitKredit digital identity.
References to "we", "us" and "our" in these Terms refer to Finder & Partners Sdn Bhd. References to "you" refer to any individual or organisation accessing or using this website.
UnitKredit is the digital operating identity of Finder & Partners Sdn Bhd.

05 — PAYMENT SAFETY
PAYMENT BOUNDARY
Finder & Partners does not receive, collect, hold or process customer payments.
Payments must be made directly through the authorised payment channels of the appointing client.
UnitKredit and Naya do not accept cash, cheques, bank transfers, card payments, QR payments or payment credentials from customers.
Where payment-channel information is provided through unitkredit.com or Naya, it is intended only to direct the customer to the authorised payment channels of the relevant appointing client.
For matters appointed by CelcomDigi, payment must be made through CelcomDigi's authorised payment channels.
FRAUD WARNING
Do not make payment to a personal account, third-party account or other destination merely because someone claims to represent Finder & Partners or UnitKredit.
If you receive suspicious payment instructions claiming to originate from Finder & Partners or UnitKredit, do not proceed with the payment and use an authorised communication channel to verify the instruction.
Finder & Partners does not authorise employees, representatives or digital channels to receive customer payments on its behalf.
06 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, content made available through unitkredit.com, including text, graphics, layouts, interface elements, visual identity and software-related material, is owned by or licensed to Finder & Partners Sdn Bhd and may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
